An Alternative Collect for the Feast of St Laurence
To appreciate this, you have to a) know something about how St Laurence left this world, and b) have a secure sense of humor, slightly twisted.
It was difficult to explain to my co-workers why I laughed out loud at this.

ReplyDeleteLaugh out loud indeed, Fr. Dan! I felt very irreverent about a Saint so beloved by the Early Church, but laugh out loud I did!!
